After this workshop, you'll have a suitcase full of sophrological materials and recordings that you can use whenever you need them.
You'll be able to slow down your daily rhythm and your days will become less stressful. You'll know what to do to avoid taking the day's events to bed with you. The quality of your sleep will improve and your life will calm down.
